Great agents thrive in ALL markets… because they adapt and change to the environment in which they find themselves. After 34 years in Atlanta real estate, I can emphatically state that is absolutely the truth.
“There are no homes for sale!” Well, sales are at an all-time high… so some agents are doing just fine.
“I can’t win these multiple offer situations.” Interesting… because somebody is winning the offer.
“Nobody wants to list because they can’t find the next house.” Fun fact… listing inventory has been climbing over the past 30 days.
Great agents don’t sit around whining and making excuses… they adapt and they change.
But… HOW do they adapt and HOW are they changing?
